0015325: Navigation components should use the PropertyStore asynchronously

Description

The navigation bar components use the ProperyStore to load the latest used entries (menu, quick-launch, quick-create).
Since the component is now generated and combined with the rest of static resources, the resulting JavaScript changes on every time the user picks a different item.

Steps To Reproduce

* Using the latest revision of 3.0 modules:

1. Login the application
2. Check the included JavaScript file in web/js/someuuid.js
3. Pick a quick-launch item different than the ones already used
4. Refresh the page
5. Check that the included JavaScript file is different than in step 2
6. Diff the contents of the 2 JavaScript files. You'll see that then only difference is the list of entries in the quick-launch latest entries.

Proposed Solution

The navigation bar component should load the properties when needed. This will prevent the generation of a different JavaScript static file.
