DescriptionThe dataset from core used in initial client setup is available when your client was created before add this dataset.
This dataset shouldn't appear because all the data included on the dataset is already on the client, because it was created before adding this new feature.

Steps To Reproduce-Starting in a release earlier that 2.50mp19 execute the initial client setup
-Update to the last release
-Go to enterprise managamente window and see that the core dataset is available to be applied.

*This is not correct because the data was created before.

 Attached a diff with proposed solution.

Compilation fails due to a check in the import.sample.data, due to the sub-classes in the module scripts and/or build validations.
