0014326: Upon Receipt/Deposit/Clearing lists in the Fin. Acc. - Payment Method tab are empty for a newly added to Fin. Acc. Payment Meth

DescriptionUpon Receipt/Deposit/Clearing fields contain no values in the Fin. Acc. - Payment Method tab once you first time try to add new Payment Method to Fin. Acc. This payment method should have no values defined for these fields in the Payment Method window itself.

Once this Payment Method is added (without these fields filled in) and saved, values become available in a list.
Steps To Reproduce2.50 MP20 + ARP 1.0.4.

1. Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Setup || Payment Method || Payment Method - Create new payment method leaving Upon Receipt/Deposit/Clearing empty.
2. Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Transactions || Financial Account || Account >> Payment Method - Click New and select created above Payment Method. - Check out that lists for Upon Receipt/Deposit/Clearing fields are empty.
3. Click Save.
4. Navigate to the Upon Receipt/Deposit/Clearing fields and mention that they contain values now.
