0014280: Deleting parent records that have children is tedious

DescriptionIt is not possible to delete a record that has children. You now have to first delete all children before you can delete the parent.
Proposed SolutionIt should be possible to delete a parent including all its children. A warning message is necessary to make sure the user realizes the impact of the deletion: "The record that you want to delete has 21 child records. Are you sure you want to delete all?" etc.
