0014021: The project's search should be more complete

DescriptionThe project's search should be more complete. In this moment you can only filter by the Business Partner. In many cases the BP is not relevant in the project, this is why that it could be better be able to filter by other fields like Search Key or name.
Steps To Reproduce- Go to Project & Service Management || Transactions || Multiphase Project
- Click 'Search Records'
- Realize that only the field Business Partner appears
