0013431: You can not process a Manufacturing Plan

Description

You can not process a Manufacturing Plan if the product is marked as Production
and Purchase but you can if only is marked as Production .

Steps To Reproduce

As Openbravo Admin go to Material Requirement (MRP) || Setup || Planning Method
- Create a new record. Create a line for each Transaction Type.
- Go to Material Requirement (MRP) || Setup || Planner
- Create a new record.

- go to Master Data Management || Product
- Select Hammer and mark Production and Purchase.
- Go to Product >> Org Specific
- Select the Planning Method and the Planner created.

- Go to Production Management || Transactions || Process Plan
- Create a new record, go to Version.
- Create a new record, go to Operation.
- Create a new record, go to I/O Products
- Create a new record:
     - Hamme, P+, Quantity:35
     - Other product, P-, Quantity 45

- Go to Material Requirement (MRP) || Transactions || Manufacturing Plan
- Create a new record:
     - Time Horizon:120
     - Safety Lead Time: 2
     - Planner: Planner created.
     - Product: Hammer.

- Click 'Process Manufacturing Plan'
- Realize that there are not lines.

- Go to Product: Hammer.
- Mark hammer only as Production.

- Go to Material Requirement (MRP) || Transactions || Manufacturing Plan
- Click 'Process Manufacturing Plan'
- Realize that there are lines.
