Current minimum resolution to work with the application is 1024x768 so 800x600 is unsupported

Sorry. I tried a 1024x768 screen resolution, and I see rightmost fields off screen wide, while there are some free space on its left (see 1024x786 screenshot attach, the red ellipse and the red square). It is still an open bug for me.

Yes, if you don't want to see the the horizontal scroll at 1024x768 you have to hide the left menu. It's a design decision that concern to all windows.

At 800x600 always scrolls
At 1024x768 no hor.scrolls with hidden menu
At 1280x1024 or 1200x800 or 1440x900 or higher no hor.scrolls with un-hidden menu

Nowadays 800x600 is a very rare resolution. 1024x768 is typical of 15" desktop monitors. 1280x1024 is typical of 17" or 19" desktop monitors. 1200x800 is typical of 15.4" laptop monitors. 1440x900 is typical of 17" laptop monitors and 19" desktop monitors.

With this I want to say that I think we have choiced the right decision with the resolution restrictions.
