| Description | I have a registered instance for Testing purposes. If I enter some invalid information, next time purpose field will change to Development. See steps. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Create a new instance for an OBPS site. Purpose Testing. 2. Enter a valid key, the instance becomes active. 3. Instance expires, so you need to renew it. 4. Download a new activation file from butler. 5. Modify this activation file to make it invalid. 6. Try to reactivate the instance using the invalid file. As expected, you cannot. 7. Now use the online reactivation. Note that Purpose field is now Development. | |||||||

This issue is very unlikely to happen and there is small (if any) pain for users (just pick again what is the purpose for that intance). In any case it is not clear if there is a better way to manage this case. Because all of this the issue is rejected. Ismael |
