Summary | 0009326: The Purchase Orderes generated from the manage requision window don't take the needed date properly |
Description | The Purchase Orderes generated from the manage requision window don't take the needed date properly. If you define in the manage requisition lines, lines with a needed date, then when you create a purchase order the lines of this order
don't take the date defined on the manage requisition lines as needed date. The date taken is the date that you introduce in the pop up that appears when you clik
in the create purchase order button of the manage requisition window. This button appears after complete the requisition. |
Steps To Reproduce | -Go to procurement managemente>transaction>manage requisition window
-create a new requisition
-Crete some lines with different needed dates
-Complete the requisition
-Click on create purchase order button on the purchase management menu
-Introduce a date in the popup and click ok
-A purchase order is generated for the requisition
-Go to the new purchase order created
-Go to the lines and check that the date is not the date defined on the needed date field on the lines of the requisition. |

|
|
Process tested in 240 and and the different dates includes in the requisition lines are the same than the ones created in the purchase order after the process |
|
|
|
The process name is "Requisition to Order". This is the process that does not take the needed date from the requisitions, it just take the order date insert by the user in the pop up. |

|
Gorka, please change the steps to reproduce this issue both in the defect and the backport if required. Thanks. |

Please look at the https://issues.openbravo.com/view.php?id=5140 [^]
as explained in this issue the behavior of the process is correct, as the lines are grouped by product the needed date should be always the date that the user inserts in the pop up window. If the user need to maintain the needed the in the purchase order date please notice that exist another process under Procurement management || Manage requisition named "create purchase order". this button appears in the header after completing the requisition and this process takes into account the needed date.
