But will never return any value. It should because we are pending to update to mp3.

Entitlement key has been fulfilled.
Steps To Reproduce-Configure the backups
-Go to updates and click check for updates.

This problem has the root cause in issue 0007220. Can you restart the console and rerun the update to verify this?

After restart the console the backup worked properly.
