Summary0005909: Allow SVG Basic profile instead of restricting to SVGT
DescriptionI don't know if it's a policy, but it doesn't make any sense to restrict SVG files to SVG Tiny profile.

For a web page it would be ok, since it's not intended to be modified from time to time by the community, but in a wiki, it's crucial to allow to upload full SVG Basic files, since something as basic as the text in the SVG file has to be converted to curves, and if you made some mistake or anyone wants to improve it he will not be able to use it.

Well, it's better a full suport off this kind of graphics file, but the aplications that render this SVG to PNG, don't support all. This is the reason that i recommend to use this subset of SVG that it's really supported.

In other way, if the soft that renders SVG files update to support other SVG specs, it would be the nice solution.
