Summary0053728: [Verified Return] Cannot refund a sale with an issue invoice
DescriptionWhen you create and pay for an order with an invoicing address selected and then try to make a verified return, the invoicing address is not loaded and you do not have the option to select another one.
Steps To Reproduce1. Create a sale with a customer assigned (see: I-53591-Ticket.png)
  - Add a product
  - Issue invoice
  - Select an invoicing address
  - Paid the ticket

2. Create a verified return on the previous sale (I-53591-VerifiedReturn.png)
  - Go to Orders menu
  - Create a verified return on the previous sale
  - Click on Refund
