Summary0052526: Prevent cancel an order that is fully delivered
DescriptionA fully delivered order should not be able to be canceled. By doing so, the order remains loaded in the terminal and an error message appears.
Steps To Reproduce1. Go to orders.
2. Show options for a fully delivered order.
3a. Click "Cancel Order".
 4a. The order is loaded and a popup is shown with error.
3b. Click "Cancel and Replace Order".
 4b. The order is loaded and nothing shown.
Proposed SolutionIn the order list, when you open de options for an order, the options "Cancel Order" and "Cancel and Replace Order" must be disabled if it's a fully delivered order.
