DescriptionWhen an incremental refresh fails, the field 'Channel - Touchpoint || Incremental Refresh Masterdata Load' is updated and it shouldn't.
Steps To ReproduceIt is not possible to reproduce in livebuilds because the incremental refresh is very fast but it is very easy reproduce in a customer environment with high volume of data. See video https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Aum8ZOOL0GPDBBSD0OPB6jntEd-yaWas/view [^]

Fixed ISSUE-45896: Full and Incremental refresh lastsuccess value should be updated
* When all master data requests are completed, POSLastIncRefresh and POSLastTotalRefresh values should be updated
