0041314: [19Q3] [HA] Error while trying to update a HA context via the Module Console
It looks similar to 0041296, when using the module management console to update a context, an error is shown and the update cannot be completed
1. Having a HA context, go as System to the Management console and search for updates
2. Assuming there are updated, install them and rebuild.
3. An error is shown "Error: Could not get a connection from the system user datasource". By looking at the logs, it seems the problem is the SSL connection between AppServer and Database.

Log message (note sensitive information have been masked): "[java] Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "<MACHINE_IP>", user "<PG_USER>", database "<DB_NAME>", SSL off
