0041296: [19Q3] install source not working if the DB is in a different machine and SSL connection is required

DescriptionTrying to run an install.source on a context where AppServer and DB are in different machines and both machines requires SSL connections throws an error

Steps To ReproduceIn an environment where AppServer is located in one machine and DBServer is in a separate machine, both requiring SSL connections, run an install.source
