Summary0037916: Remove wrong AD_TextInterface entry
Descriptionwith the fix of issue 0037907 internal CSS defined in html files are no longer exported as translatable text.
The HQL Query tool module has an wrongly exported AD_TextInterface which contains CSS styles.

Reviewed. Fixed in version 2.0.0 of the "Openbravo HQL Query Tool" module.

Updated start version dependency to PR18Q2 because of the fix for issue 0037907.
