Summary0033305: Linked Items do not take into account HQL where clause
DescriptionLinked Items information takes into account SQL where clause but not HQL where clause.

UsedbyLink java class retrieves the SQL where clause with the UsedByLinkData.windowRef.

Besides, implementation is based in SQL, Support HQL where clause would require to refactor the support HQL based queries.
