Summary 0030191: [UX] Style inconsistencies in 'Receipt Discount' window
Revision 2015-06-16 17:12 by dbaz
Description There are several style inconsistencies in 'Receipt Discount' window:

* In the keypad, the disabled buttons have #a9a9a9 background color and with no text. The top buttons should be the same. Currently the top buttons have a grey color that is the same that the innactive tab color and that could cause a misleading to the user which could try to tap them. Also, since the text of these buttons is not relevant for the current window, preserve them could only cause the user lost the focus on what really matters in the screen.
NOTE: If the changes of the discuounts would be applied in real time, I would preserve the CashOut (ticket amount) text (in black font), but since the discounts are applied once the user press "Apply" button, it could casue also confusion because the user could think that this is the final amount, when it isn't.

* The "Apply" disabled button should also have the #a9a9a9 background color, but in this case, the text could be preserved, in the same way the "/" and the "*" buttons of the keypad, although disabled, have their text.

* The customer receipt and the customer address buttons should be converted to plain text (or set white/transparent background color). Their information is still part of the ticket, but they should be allowed to be pressed, so the button shape should be removed.

* Any additional button in the ticket (example: 'complementary products' button) should be removed too, since it could put the user un a 'dead end' situation.

There are attached 2 screenshot: the current situation and the proper one (which should be this issue achievement)
