Steps To Reproduce Follow same steps as the ones described in the issue 26397 but instead of selecting a UE or USA located vendor/customer, select a vendor or customer located in Canarias (while the organization is located in Spain, Navarra).

In the case of a purchase invoice including a product the tax rate selected will be "Adquisiciones a Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla 21%". In this case the purchase invoice header should not be marked as Cash VAT.

In the case of a purchase invoice including a service the tax rate selected is "Inversión Sujeto Pasivo no UE 21%", in this case the purchase invoice header should not be mark as Cash VAT.

In the case of a sales invoice including a product the tax rate selected will be "Entregas a Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla" in this case the sales invoice header should not be marked as Cash VAT. Same applies in the case of selling a service.
