Description	The register number of the Invoice Register Book is not working anymore as payments linked to CASH VAT invoices are also include in the book dated on the payment date. In those cases the date to take into account should be the payment date instead of the invoice/accounting date which originated the payment. Same applies to issued/received invoice register book for those organizations subject to CASH VAT or organizations do not working under this regimen but receiving purchases invoices including Cash VAT.
