Summary 0023075: Not conversion rate defined message in Costing Background Process is not correct

Steps To Reproduce As group Admin role,
Go to Conversion Rate window,
   Create a Conversion Rate INR to USD
      Valid from: Today
      Valid to: Today

Costing rule window:
  Create a new one for España
  Algorithm: Standard

Go to Product window:
add a new costing register for Cola 0.5L --> Standard, Currency INR, Cost: 500
Org: España, Starting Date: Today, ending: 31-12-9999. If there is another Standard Costing register, change the previous ending date= Today

Go to Physical Inventory:
 Create a new one for Cola 0.5L, Org: España


Launch the Costing Background process, realise that the message: Not conversion rate defined appears, and it is not true

Steps To Reproduce As group Admin role,
Go to Conversion Rate window,
   Create a Conversion Rate INR to USD
      Valid from: Today
      Valid to: Today
Create a Price List or use a price list and changes the currency to INR
Create a Good Receipt document using a Business Partner that has defined the price list in a foreign currency ( the one before)
Launch the Costing Background process, realise that the message: Not conversion rate defined appears, and it is not true
