Steps To Reproduce	Live Builds OB 3 Oracle Navigate to G/L Journal window and realize that there are two opening transactions for 2009. The one for F&B España is an "Asiento de Apertura" flag as opening in the header tab. Launch the General Leger Journal Report from 01-01-2009 to 31-12-2009 for F&B Spain F&B International Group US/A/Euro accounting schema. Realize that the opening entry is shown as regular and not as opening.
