Summary 0056802: Pay Open Ticket does not work with a Payment Provider

Steps To Reproduce BO:
touchpoint type -> Credit Card
  -> Payment Provider: The payment provider of choice (like AxisC3 or the Payments API)
  -> Overpayment / Change limit: 0

POS:
new ticket
. add line1: lineAmt 100 -> total ticket 100
new ticket
. add line2: lineAmt 20 - click in Return line: lineAmt -20 -> total ticket 80
Pay Open Ticket
. select the two previous tickets
. click in total ticket (80)
. pay using the Payment Provider -> the payment is not completed and the POS gets blocked.

  -> Overpayment / change limit: 0

new ticket
. add line1: lineAmt 100 -> total ticket 100
new ticket
. add line2: lineAmt 20 - click in Return line: lineAmt -20 -> total ticket 80
Pay Open Ticket
. select the two previous tickets
. click in total ticket (80)
. pay using AxisC3 -> the payment is not completed and TPE is not asking to introduce the Bank Card
