| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Go to the Back Office. 2. Go to the Organization window, select your organization, and set the "Reprint Documents" property to Enabled. 3. Go to the "Return from Customer" window and select a record from your organization. --> Here, the "Print Record" and "Send Email" buttons should be displayed as "Reprint Record" and "Resend Email" with different icons. |
