Summary 0053348: Keymap editor resize not showing resizing tools

Steps To Reproduce 1. Login WebPOS (in landscape mode) (https://livebuilds.openbravo.com/context/retail_pos2_pgsql/web/pos/?terminal=VBS-2 [^])
2. Enter Keymap Editor from the left dropdown menu(Store -> Key Map Editor)
3. Click on View Versions, then Set Layout and then right click on one of the keymap elements, try to resize it, some dots and tooling should appear to allow resizing the element.
