| Description | During the cashup on the POS, if there is a discrepancy between actual money and projected money there is a popup asking to input the reason for this discrepancy. The objective is to add a field on the BO to specify if a description is required for an approval reason with three possible values: N - None: no description required. O - Optional: a description is optional, ie. a description input field will show up on the popup if this reason is selected, but it is not mandatory to fill it.
