Summary 0042674: Issue Sales Order popup not rendered properly

Steps To Reproduce Log in backend, go to the preference window and configure the preference Web POS Enable Delivery Modes with value 'Y'

Log in webpos
Create a new ticket
Add an Avalanche Transceiver
Click on the line to open the EDIT tab.
Click on the Delivery Mode button and assign Pickup in Store to the line.
Click on the total amount button, pay and complete the ticket.
Go to the menu > Issue Sales Order and search for the receipt created

Notice "Issue Sales Order" details not rendered properly.

Go to the menu > Open Receipt and load the receipt just created.
