Steps To Reproduce | PRECONDITION: "Loyalty Programs" and "Loyalty Programs for Web POS" modules must be installed. -- In the ERP: perform basic setup for Loyalty Programs (as shown in the OB Wiki page: http://wiki.openbravo.com/wiki/Projects:Loyalty_Programs/User_Guide#Who_can_subscribe_clients.3F [^]) 0. Log in the ERP and change the role to "The White Valley Group Admin" 1. Go to "Channel - Touchpoint Type" an open a record in form (p.e. VBS POS Terminal Type) 2. In the "Loyalty" section, check the "Enable Loyalty Features" box, and check the newly shown "Can Subscribe to Loyalty Programs" box 3. Go to the "Document Sequence" window, and create a new record for the "The White Valley Group" organization 4. Go to "Loyalty Program" window and create a new record and subtab records with the previously created document sequence set in the "Member Identifier Sequence" field -- In the POS 0. Log in a terminal belonging to the loyalty program enabled terminal type; in this case, VBS-1 1. Click on the contextual button (three vertical dots) on a customer which isn't the anonymous one, and click on the "View Details" option 2. In the "Customer details" window try to add a "Loyalty Card" by clicking in the orange "plus" shaped button at the bottom 3. Click on the "New Subscription" button and follow the indications in the prompted popups to create a new subscription 4. Save the newly added subscription, and close all of the popups back to the "Assign a customer" popup NOTICE that the subscription icon hasn't updated to reflect the newly added subscription (check the "subscription-status-icon.png" screenshot) 5. Filter the current customer, and click on the lens button to search NOTICE that the customer now shows the updated subscription status icon (showing 1 if no subscriptions were set, and 2 or more if 1 or more were added before it, check the "updated-bp-subscription-status.png" screenshot) |
