Summary 0033418: Error compiling after clicking "rebuild now" to install updates using "Module Management" GUI

Steps To Reproduce 0-With a clean 16Q2 instance, using "System Administrator" as role, go to "Module Management".
1-Click "Settings" tab in that window and set "When doing a scan for updates, accept versions of the following status or higher" as "QA" and "When searching for new modules, accept versions of the following status or higher" as "QA". Click Save.
2-Go to "Installed Modules" tab and click "Scan for Updates". Click "Install Updates Now" and install them.
3-After installing the updates, click in "rebuild now" button.
4-The rebuild completes successfully, but when the login page is tried to be loaded the error attached will be shown.

3-After installing the updates, click in "rebuild now" button. Some time after the rebuilding process starts it will fail and the error attached will be shown.
