Steps To Reproduce	- In the BO, navigate to the Organization window and configure a legal organization with Portuguese values: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_KhUqa6dqq27O1VS7tJpOop1cXz6i_Wb1TnOHdQ67Xw/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.us457i65h6qo [^] [^] - Navigate to the Document Type window and create a new/update an existing record with fields Document Category = "AR Invoice", Organization = "*", Is SAFT Signed set to "false", and Document Type Prefix empty - Save the record

Description	The SAFT document type handler throws an error if a document type is created/updated with the parent organization of another organization/store that has a Portuguese configuration if the document has “Document Category” = AR Invoice but “Is SAFT Signed” and “Document Type Prefix” are not configured.
