Steps To Reproduce | In BO, in Role window, there is a User Action Access called Refund Gift Card that should allow to refund or not a gift card. In our case, this User Action Access is not created so it should not be allowed to make a refund of Gift Card/credit note. 1st case : Finalize a gift card sale on POS Scan the gift card with a scanner 2nd case Finalize a verified return of a sale Scan the credit note Current result : A “REFUND” button is displayed for gift card and credit notes. When I click on it, an error message appears saying it is already expired even it is not. Expected result : For gift cards and credit notes, the ‘REFUND' CTA should not be displayed, as they are not refundable since 'Refund Gift Card’ is not configured in Role window in the User Action Access |
