Summary 0055744: [requestInputData component] Use the subtitle makes lose the upper margin

Steps To Reproduce Create a requestInputData component and use with a title and a subtitle.
This bug was found using requestInputData at AddProductHooks.js, in the function named setPriceForProductsWithPriceZero.

Description When using the requestInputData component, if the property "subtitle" is given, the upper margin is lost, making visually the title very near from top of the popup.
