Summary 0026364: When switching to offline mode, not always the message of the connection was lost is shown
Revision 2014-04-24 19:28 by emartinez
Steps To Reproduce 1) Log in in Web POS, and start selling products and closing tickets
2) Disconnect the internet connection
3) See if you get the Offline message and icon
4) The tickets you register then won't have the message of "processing orders..."
5) Connect to the internet, and see everything if is created correctly in the backoffice
Revision 2014-04-24 19:28 by emartinez
Description It does not happen always, but sometimes, when losing the internet connection, the message of “The connection was lost. You can continue working in offline mode. Transactions made in offline mode will be synchronized when the connection is restored.” is not shown, and the icon to Offline does not changes (it remains to online).

It only happens sometimes. All transactional data is SOMETIMES created in the backoffice correctly when internet is restored. I noticed that the ticket not created are in the local database, even when connection is restored.
