Steps To Reproduce	Login in Openbravo. Open any two windows. Check that you can move/reorder them (drag any tab and drop it in any other place). Check that there is no way to move the first tab "Workspace" Check that the url is updated properly with each tab movement

Description	Feature to ensure tabs can be reordered. (Drag and drop using the mouse) It would be interesting that main tabs could be reordered. "Workspace" tab should always remain in the first position, but the other ones could/should be moved/reordered. Note that it ONLY applies to the parent tabs and each tab order change should involve an update in the browser url (to put in the url arguments the new selected tab and the proper order)
