0009524: "Quantity" fields - meaningless in service projects?

DescriptionWhen you set up a service project, you can specify a planned and contracted quantity as with a multiphase project.

However, if a Service project is the delivery of a service, as described in the functional documentation, there will never be a quantity and these fields can be removed.
Steps To ReproduceProject and Service Management > Transactions> Service project.

There is a planned quantity field. Check the 'Legally Binding' checkbox to see the contracted quantity field.
Proposed Solutionremove fields if they have no purpose. If they are used, please advise how.
