0009512: Development: IDE Plugin for AD Development

DescriptionCurrently the model from the MDD isn't really visualized. Editing the Model currently is quite a hard task. It would be very nice for the developer to have an IDE Plugin (e.g. for Eclipse) to see (e.g. UML) and edit the AD in the DB in Realtime.
