0009272: The Report Not Posted shouldn't show the good shipments and receipts if they are not being posted

DescriptionThe Report Not Posted shouldn't show the good shipments and receipts if they are not being posted.
Steps To Reproduce-Check in the accounting schema that the m_inout table is not being posted.
-Create and complete a good shipment
-Go to Financial Management || Accounting || Analysis Tools || Report Not Posted || Report Not Posted
-See that the good shipments appears in the report
