0008087: Automatic cache update

DescriptionCurrently, when a new release is installed and the javascript files are updated, an alert ask user to manually delete cache.
It is an annoying process, if the files stored in browser's cache become outdated, new ones on server should be used instead with no need of user interaction.
Steps To ReproduceUpdate a release with a new one that includes updated javascript libraries.
