0007778: Reports should have an homogeneous show/export options

DescriptionAll reports across the application should have an homogeneous behavior regarding the way they are displayed on screen an exported. On screen reports (now called in a very bad way "HTML Format"), PDF, CSV and XLS export capabilities should appear as an option for every single report.
