0007669: In multi currency environments, Accounting will not work if conversion rate is different from Spot

DescriptionI have a multi currency environment, with * using Euros and an organization using Spanish Pesetas. I have defined the conversion rates using Manual Rate as conversion type. When posting an invoice, the journal entry is not created properly. Creating the conversion rates with Spot, the accounting is processed with no problems.
Steps To Reproduce1. Create a Client using Euros as currency
2. Create an Org using Spanish Pesetas as currency
3. Define a conversion rate EUR to ESP and ESP to EUR using Manual Rate as conversion rate type.
4. Create an invoice an post it. The journal entry is not correct. You see only a line with no values.
5. Update conversions rates. Change Type to Spot
6. Unpost and Post the invoice again. Now the journal entry is correct.
Proposed SolutionConsequences of using different Rate Types should be clear enough to the user. Anyway, I think it is not correct that the Type has anything to do with correct journal entries generation.
