0007372: Selecting multiple rows spanning several pages in the grid of a generated windows does select wrong rows.

Description

When you are selecting multple rows across several pages and you have rows in the selection which are not in the visible rows, then the server is asked for the list of ids in the selection. When asking for this list the first and last row are ommitted.
