0007339: compile.complete does not clean WebContent

DescriptionThe compile.complete task calls to a subtask called "clean". This task is supposed to delete all the build directories. But WebContent is not deleted. This means that deleted files are never deleted from WebContent, for instance. Or that some files might not get updated.

This affects specially OBN.
Proposed SolutionThe "clean" task should delete WebContent.
