| Summary | 0007161: Usability improvements in "Create lines from" pop-up of "Goods Receipt" window | ||||||||||
| Description | In OB ERP version 2.50, the "Create lines from" pop-up has been improved and allows the user to select the storage bin of each line separately as well as introduce the attributes values when needed. However, if the user needs to add different lines in the "Goods Receipt" for the same product but different attributes values, the pop-up is still not very usable. Please, consider the following usability improvements in this pop-up: - It would be great if there would be a button next to the line that added another line for the same product in the pop-up so that the user can introduce two lines for the same product, but with different attribute values (see image01 attached to the issue). - The quantity field shows the quantity that was ordered in the "Purchase Order" that has not been received yet. However, if we add a line in the "Goods Receipt" that we are creating, the quantity showed in the pop-up does not subtract the quantity that is already in the document lines. It would be great if the quantity was intelligent and considered also the lines of the same document. | ||||||||||

The impact of not having this feature is that in industries where purchased products have attributes, generating a "Goods Receipts" can be a long process as it might require a lot of "clicks" for the user. Thus, this feature should be a "must have" in all these industries. |
