0006881: Create shipments from orders fail if there are too many orders selected

Description

Create shipments from orders fail if there are too many orders selected.

Error message:

No shipment could be created
@ERROR=value too long for type character varying(4000)

Steps To Reproduce

Create around 50 orders and select all of those when creating shipments.
