0006772: Periods for 2009 are not opened in sample data

DescriptionThere are no periods created for 2009 in the sample data.
Steps To ReproduceFor instance try process an inventory count:

Go to warehouse management || Physical Inventory.
Create a new record and save.
Click on Process inventory count.

Error:The Period does not exist or it is not opened.
Proposed SolutionCreate sample data for the new year and its periods.
