0006644: Remittance cancellation & Remittance return processes do not work

Description

This two processes does not work in trunk because of uuid bugs

Steps To Reproduce

Go to: Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Transactions || Remittance Cancellation/Return || Remittance Cancellation/Return
Select a DebtPayment
Enter Date Acct (any date)
a.) Press Cancel
b.) Press Return
See both processes do not work, but display an error
