0006485: Invoiceline can not be deleted when offer is present

DescriptionWhen on a item is attached a offerline, this line will be included in the table c_invoiceline_offer in the moment when a line in a invoice is created.
But then is no longer possible to delete the created invoiceline, because of the line in the table c_invoiceline_offer. Further in the invoice the offerline can not be deleted.
Steps To Reproduce.
Proposed SolutionPlease delete the c_invoiceline_offer - line in moment when a invoiceline will be deleted.

 The reason why the offer it cannot be deleted is because the tab is not editable. This might be correct so the solution should to add a "delete on cascade" rule in the table
