0000575: Test Hearbeat fails due to a missing to_number

DescriptionWhen you try to test the Heartbeat, you receive an internal error
The problem is that the code_revision field is numeric and is not with to_number
Proposed SolutionAdd to_number() in the insert method to the code_revision field
