0056955: French Fiscal Module - Fields not present in the BusinessPartner API

Description

The fields described in the French Tax Data section are not available in the BusinessPartner GET and POST APIs.

Steps To Reproduce

For a BusinessPartner define the following data:

Intracommunity VAT number
Chorus identifier
CEC category
Service code

Proposed Solution

All fields of the French Fiscal Module must be available via API for GET and POST methods
